PEACHTREE CITY, GA – September 26, 2025 – The highly anticipated new restaurant concept, Bicicleta (pronounced Bee-chee-KLEH-tah), is set to open its doors in Peachtree City’s Kedron Village, bringing an approachable, high-quality Italian dining experience to the community. Developed by the visionary team behind the acclaimed ENZO Steakhouse & Bar, Bicicleta will focus on authentic Italian-style pizzas, house-made gelato, and a vibrant, casual atmosphere designed to be a favorite stop for residents and their golf carts.
Bicicleta, which translates to "bicycle" in Italian and perfectly reflects Peachtree City’s unique transportation culture, will occupy the former Panera Bread location in Kedron Village. The concept is a strategic move by the ownership group to introduce a more casual, family-friendly venue that maintains the group’s commitment to culinary excellence but at an everyday pace. The menu will center on artisan, thin-crust Italian pizzas baked in a specialty oven, alongside fresh pastas, craveable appetizers, and a rotating selection of classic and unique flavors of authentic Italian gelato, made in-house daily.
The new restaurant is currently undergoing renovations to create a bright, contemporary space featuring open seating and a dedicated gelato counter. Bicicleta is projected to create approximately 30 new jobs in the community and is positioned to become a go-to destination for quick lunches, casual family dinners, and post-game treats.
