Sharpsburg, Ga. (July 24, 2025) – Celebration Village, a thoughtfully designed retirement community focused on enriching the lives of active seniors, will cross a key milestone in the development of its Peachtree campus on Tuesday, July 29, with the groundbreaking and beam signing of its new sales and design center. Media are invited to attend and cover the event starting at 11:00 a.m.

This moment marks the start of vertical construction at the Peachtree campus, representing tangible progress in bringing this modern senior living community to life.

During the event, attendees will hear from Coweta County Commissioner John Reidelbach and developers Paul Aase and Armand Vari, Jr. of Active Senior Concepts.

Interview opportunities with civic leaders, developers and future residents will be available on site.

The Peachtree campus is one of five Celebration Village locations, with additional communities open or under development in Athens, Snellville, Forsyth County and Acworth.
