• Always charge your devices and charge back up power packs

• Make the obligatory Georgia run to the grocery store and stock up on "storm food" and other supplies

• While we don't lose electricity as frequently as other areas, it does happen. Be prepared for the worst situation.

• A battery operated portable weather radio is a good thing to have on hand
